Patricia’s dissertation was titled “A Phonological Awareness Programme through the Child’s Voice”. The girls and boys of the current 1st class participated in the study with Patricia. Enjoy your day Patricia as you celebrate your excellent achievement.
Ms. O Connor’s third class group carried out a ‘Pumpkin Ramp’ STEM experiment. Children built ramps and investigated some of them by rolling pumpkins down the ramps.
Children in Junior Infants have been busy this month with Autumn and Halloween art. They created hedgehogs using different types of fabric and fibre. They used cotton buds to create autumn leaves on trees and created spooky spiders using handprints!
Well done to Laura, Levi, Rían and Joe who completed some fantastic art with their teacher Ms. Shauna O Connor.
Well done to Holly and Reuben who carved pumpkins this week with Mr. Neville and Jessica Keogh.
