Sixth class: The Great arctic stem challege
The children in sixth class are embarking on a STEM challenge over the next six weeks. Working in groups, they have to become engineers and engage with research, planning and creating. Challenge 1 saw the students create an igloo, while adhering to certain parameters and time constraints. They did a fantastic job!!!

Science week got off to a great start, with the children in sixth class exploring the viscosity of water. The children created their own non-newtonian fluid to investigate how it does not follow Newton’s law of viscosity.
